Terms and Conditions for Iwish Recurring Deposit Account

1. Iwish Recurring Deposit Product Feature

• Iwish Recurring Deposit Account is a recurring deposit.
• The minimum monthly deposit amount is KHR 40,000 or USD 10 per account.
• The maximum monthly deposit amount is KHR 20,000,000 or USD 5,000 per account.
• Maximum of 10 accounts per depositor.

2. Account Eligibility

• Individual or Joint Account (Residents only)

3. Requirements

3.1 For locals

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Original and valid National ID or Passport
• Birth certificate or family book.
• Complete account opening form.

3.2 For Foreigners

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Original and valid Passport (with a valid visa) and any document that proves your residential status (e.g., lease contract, employment contract etc.).
• Birth certificate or family book.
• Complete account opening form.

4.Account Ownership

• Iwish recurring deposit account will be opened under the name of the source account.

5. Access to Funds

• An account can be viewed via alternative banking channels enabled by the bank.
• No passbook, ATM card, cheque book will be offered for this account.
• No partial withdrawal is allowed.

6. Interest Payment Method

• Interest will be accrued daily and liquidated every 9 months from the account opening date.
• The account holder will shoulder 6% withholding tax for residents.

7. Benefits

7.1 Instant reward

• Receive an iWatch for the deposit amount of KHR 20,000,000 or USD 5,000.
• In case of pre-termination, the bank reserves the right to retrieve the amount equal to the price of the instant reward given.

7.2 Quarterly reward

• All active Iwish recurring deposit accounts will be eligible for quarterly lucky draw.

7.3 The fee charge will be waived for inward remittance.

7.4 Waive cable fee for a maximum of 2 outward remittances per month.

7.5 Depositors are qualified to apply for a loan up to 150% of the current deposit amount with loan interest rate of 1% plus the current deposit interest rate.

7.6 Loan Scheme

• From 1​​​​ year deposit term, customers are eligible to take loan amount of 100% of the total deposit amount.
• From 2 years deposit term, customers are eligible to take loan amount of 120% of the total deposit amount. 
• From 3 years deposit term, customers are eligible to take loan amount of 130% of the total deposit amount.
• From 4 years of deposit term, customers are eligible to take loan amount of 140% of the total deposit amount.
• From 5 years of deposit term, customers are eligible to take loan amount of  150% of the total deposit amount.

8. Pre-termination

• No pre-termination charges.
• No interest lidiquated in case of pre-termination on lidiquated accrued interest.
• In case two schedules are missed, the account will be auto-pre-terminated.

9. The customer agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of opening Iwish recurring deposit account as stipulated in the General Terms and Conditions governing the opening and operation of the account.

10. Cambodia Asia Bank reserves the right to change the terms and conditions contained herein and shall notify the Depositor/s of such changes. The new terms and conditions shall then be binding to the Depositor/s.

1. Iwish and Child Future Deposit Account Lucky Draw is valid for all active Iwish and Child Future accounts.

2. Iwish and Child Future Deposit Account Lucky Draw will be held four times on Cambodia Asia Bank Official Facebook Page, following the schedule below:

• 1st Time: 07th May, 2024
• 2nd Time: 07th August, 2024
• 3rd Time: 07th November, 2024
• 4th Time: 07th February, 2025

3. The prize winner will be randomly and automatically selected by our Digital Lucky Draw System automatically to ensure the transparency and fairness of the selection process. The prize winner announcement will be posted on Cambodia Asia Bank Official Facebook Page.

4. The prize winners will be contacted by our staff(s) through any possible communication method including phone calls or e-mail. In case the prize winner can’t be contacted or is irresponsive within 05 working days from the prize winner announcement date, the prize will be canceled.

5. Iwish and Child Future Deposit Account shall be active until the prize is successfully claimed by the account holder. If not, the prize shall be canceled.

6. Each account holder shall win 01 (one) prize only for each time of Iwish and Child Future Deposit Account Lucky Draw.

7. The prize winner(s) are not allowed to convert the prize into cash.

8. Cambodia Asia Bank’s staff(s) shall not be eligible for Lucky Draw prize-winning.

9. The prize shall be claimed within 30 working days without any delay, upon the prize winner’s announcement date on our Official Facebook Page. If not, the prize shall not be claimed.

10. Cambodia Asia Bank reserves the right to terminate this campaign, delete, change, or add on any terms and conditions, if necessary, without prior notice.

11. Cambodia Asia Bank reserves the right to cancel the prize if any of these terms and conditions are not met.

12. Cambodia Asia Bank reserves the right to change prizes and schedule a lucky draw.
