To send money

Fill out a “To Send” Form
Submit the form, together with the cash, pay the fee and present valid ID
Take your receipt along with a Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN)
Contact your recipient, and provide him the MTCN and other information needed to collect the money

To received money

Fill out a “To Receive” Form
Submit the form and present valid ID
Receive the cash and acknowledge receipt on the form

Send money to a bank account

How to send,

Visit any of our CAB locations. Fill out the 'Send Money form', including your receiver's bank name and account number*
Go to the counter. Present your completed form and show a valid ID. Then, give the money to be sent and pay the transfer fee.
Get your receipt. Take note of the Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN), which you can use to track your transfer online**
For any questions, feel free to ask our agents at the counter.

*Services available more than 100+ countries and territories. Please ask for more information on the requirement of bank details, timeline, and currency to make sure that your receiver can receive money into bank account as expect. The initial transfer may take in minutes or up to 5 days, please check at the counter before sending the money.
