Job Description:

• Develop BRD and FSD for both new and enhancement on digital products.
• Work on UAT for digital channels or others.
• Regularly monitor product performance.
• Communicate and work closely with stakeholders including technical, marketing, business sales, and product team.
• Ensure business case and customer satisfaction goals are met and comply with regulatory requirement.
• Perform other tasks as assigned

Job Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, or equivalent
• Proven experience as a product manager or product owner.
• 2+ years of experience related to digital product management, UAT, business requirement and FSD.
• Familiarity with Agile Development
• Good communication and negotiation skill
• Strong in problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
• Proven leadership skill and delegation ability
• Teamwork is a must
• Experience working at a software company either MFI or Banking is a plus.
