• Flexcube Core banking system implementation
• Manage Users and roles
• Create User, Change Password User, Disable/Enable User
• Set Roles User and till/Vault User
• Setup New branch on Flexcube system
• Support all branch issues
• OBPM Issues
• ACH Issues
• Passbook Printing Issues
• OD account Issues
• Product Issues
• Transaction Issues on module RT
• Provide technical supports related to Flexcube and reporting issues
• Stand by EOD/EOC/ EOY
• Testing and fixing on loan problem
• Fixed Flexcube issues
• ELCM not link to CIF
• Contact oracle support via MOS on ORACLE product issues
• Web service Core Banking with Digital team.

Job Qualification:

• Overall 3+ years of IT experience
• A bachelor’s degree with 2 years technical support issues and SQL development code, troubleshoot
• Simulate Testing Environment • Checking Configuration System
• Conversant with a variety of the following: PL SQL, SQL Server, .NET, ASP, HTML, REST API, Crystal Reports, MS Office.
• In addition to technology and good communication skill, diligent at work, standard service skill
• Problem solving and self-learning
• Basic exhibit strong interpersonal skill, with ability to work with a variety of personality types
