Manager, Digital Product Delivery

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and drive the growth of the products to achieve the best possible outcome.
  • Define roadmap of digital banking platform for the bank.
  • Develop strategy of the product for various customer segments.
  • Analyze market’s best practice and bring about value-added innovative digital banking solutions to expand and capture more customer base.
  • Develop BRD and FSD for both new and enhancement on digital products.
  • Regularly monitor product performance and making best decision with the available data.
  • Communicate and work closely with stakeholders including technical, marketing, business sales, and product team.
  • Ensure business case and customer satisfaction goals are met and comply with regulatory requirement.
  • Other tasks assigned by management in charge.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a Manager for Digital Product Management or Digital Product Delivery.
  • 3+ years of experience related to digital product management, UAT, business requirement and FSD.
  • Familiarity with Agile Development.
  • Good communication and negotiation skill
  • Strong in problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
  • Proven leadership skill and delegation ability.
  • Teamwork is a must.
  • Experience working at a software company either MFI or Banking is a plus.
