Job Description:

• Regularly review and update comprehensive credit policies, loan product manuals, and loan pricing memos to ensure sound lending practices, risk mitigation, and adaptation to changing market conditions.
• Enhance Credit Operations Manual to support loan application processing, including loan origination, underwriting, approval, and monitoring.
• Lead and mentor credit team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Branch Management Department, Branch Managers, and Loan Sales Team to align credit strategies with business objectives and risk appetite.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on credit performance.
• Provide refreshment to all branches related to credit policies and procedures semi-annually.
• Relieve the Head of Credit's duties during his absence for internal meetings and external seminars/workshops.
• Analyzing credit portfolio performance and identifying areas for improvement.
• Monitor and analyze loan portfolio performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize loan growth and minimize delinquency and default rates.
• Identify and implement technology solutions to automate and improve credit operations.
• Provide high-quality customer service both internally and externally.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager.

Job Qualification:

• Year of experience:  5 years of working experience in the credit risk management, credit operations, or a related field.
• Bachelor or Master's Degree in Business Management or relevant field.
