Officer, Team Support (Night Shift)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Activate or stop card & reset pin
  • Monitor on all ATM transactions including ATM Cash view, ATM transaction Log & Transaction Log Success.
  • Receive/respond email or call from customers, outlet, and Branches for further enquiries.
  • Verify transactions of Visa, Master Card, and CUP.
  • To support with all tasks related to Cards, ATM, Mobile App, QR payment
  • Daily Monitoring on transactions
  • To access into System to reset the lock users, check balance requested by customers and merchants
  • To support on daily/monthly sale report from Outlets & Branches
  • Handle inquiries/requested with in charge department and customers
  • Handling And resolving customer complaints regarding to customer service problems.
  • Other tasks assigned by line manager

Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate University Degree related field.
  • Good command of written and verbal English and Khmer.
  • Conversational and report-writing English communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service, communication skills and time management.
  • Good knowledge and experience in Card and Call Center, banking industry
  • Decision making/problem solving skills.
  • Good Computer user and ability to operate office machines.
  • Highly motivated, team player, initiative, quick-written, Thoroughness, stress resistant, flexible, accurate and punctual.
