Key Responsibilities:

Head of ATM Unit is responsible for the administration of the Bank's Automated Teller Machine (ATM) products, services as well as POS Terminals and related systems:

  • Works closely with vendors, management and regulatory authorities regarding ATM placement;
  • Prepares written proposals or requests;
  • ATM Maintenance and team management;
  • Assesses customer needs and recommends effective strategies;
  • Performs a cost benefit and risk analysis;
  • Negotiates pricing to optimize profitability of related product or service solutions;
  • Contributes to the Bank's deposit growth strategies and goals;
  • Generates additional revenue from Bank ATM and POS products and services;
  • Attains established individual, department and Bank goals. Oversees the handling of ATM related electronic fund transfer (EFT) customer disputes or fraudulent issues in accordance with state and federal regulations;
  • Performs direct supervisory duties of ATM staff and coordinates staff for coverage in all related areas;
  • Control and manage all document related the field;
  • Support and monitor ATM Cash Management and reporting;
  • Support ATM Cash loading and management;
  • Hardware and Software Management and system analysis;
  • Overall support duties assigned by IT Manager;


Job Requirements:

  • At least three years’ Experience with related to the field
  • Bachelor Degree in IT or higher in Business certificates is appreciated.
  • Good and Professional communication is a MUST.
